1. Be actively involved in your life and community
2. Clear out the clutter in your environment, get organized
3. Take time to play do things you love
4. Learn something new
5. Adopt a pet or baby sit a pet
6. Move your body more walk when you can
7. Volunteer to help someone less fortunate
8. Challenge your negative beliefs focus on what is positive
9. Keep a gratitude journal
10. Don’t forget to laugh, especially at yourself
